Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Punchlist Chrome extension ("Punchlist", the "Service"). By installing or using Punchlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Punchlist is a browser extension for reviewing websites. It lets you pin feedback to elements, text, regions, or pages, and stores each site's review in a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. Punchlist runs entirely in your browser and has no server component of its own.

2. Google account

Punchlist requires you to connect a Google account and grant access to Google Drive and Google Sheets to function. Your use of Google's services is subject to Google's Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create with Punchlist. Because that content is stored in spreadsheets owned by your Google account, you control it directly and may edit, export, or delete it at any time. You are responsible for the content you create and for how you share reviews with others.

4. Acceptable use

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, update, or discontinue Punchlist (or any of its features) at any time without notice. Because Punchlist depends on Google's APIs, changes to those APIs may affect its functionality.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developers of Punchlist be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Punchlist at any time by uninstalling it and revoking its access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. These Terms continue to apply to prior use.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
